Erus Encodia is a small consultancy of six people (registry), led by Thomas Presthus, based at Stalsbergveien 1 on Nøtterøy with engagements around Oslo and Vestfold. The professional community goes back to 2006.
How we actually work
We deliver senior system development and architecture at client sites — with domain-driven design (DDD), microservices and modern integration patterns as core expertise. Small teams, high trust, minimal overhead.
A normal week
Most of the week you work embedded in a client team. In between, we gather for evening sessions where architecture and design discussions go deep — being a nerd is encouraged.
