FINN.no has been Norway's marketplace since 2000 — general goods, cars, real estate and jobs. The company (today registered as Vend Marketplaces AS, formerly part of Schibsted) has around 670 employees at Grensen 5–7 in central Oslo, and one of Norway's largest product and engineering organisations.
How we actually work
Autonomous product teams own their slice of the marketplace — from search and recommendations to payments and shipping. Backend mainly Kotlin and Java microservices on Kubernetes; React on the frontend. The engineering culture is shared openly at tech.finn.no.
