We work where business meets technology, in three areas: modernisation and digitalisation, management of physical projects, and project advisory and analysis. For change to succeed we take the pulse of the whole organisation — from reception to warehouse to management. ISO 9001 and 14001 certified, EcoVadis rated.

Consultants typically work at client sites on IT, energy or construction projects. In between: courses and certifications through Holte Academy, and a social, sporty crowd — kayaking, theatre, trips. We're described as jovial and down-to-earth, far from the consultant stereotype.

High competence and strong personal qualities — and an interest in the intersection of technology and leadership. Our values: action-oriented, engaging, curious, inclusive. Good Norwegian, spoken and written, is needed in most projects.
