We are now seeking a skilled and motivated Full-stack Developer with strong experience in .NET and C# to join our technical team.

Your responsibilities

• You will design and develop robust full-stack solutions using .NET Core, C#, and Angular
• You will ensure high code quality through automated testing and continuous improvement
• You will maintain and further develop Questback’s platform and IT systems for internal and external communication
• You will collaborate with product and business teams in cross-functional setups to deliver reliable solutions
• You will contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and system design, as well as actively participate in sprint planning, workshops, and key projects
• You will help strengthen and grow our development competence environment

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 7 years of proven experience as a developer, preferably with a full-stack profile
• Has solid experience with .NET Core, C#, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or similar)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) for deploying and managing scalable microservice architectures
• Conceptual understanding and experience designing APIs, microservices, and scalable solutions
• Is comfortable working in DevOps-oriented teams
• Holds a relevant technical education (Bachelor’s or Master’s), or equivalent hands-on experience
• Is proficient in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or AWS, or Azure
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices
