Who works here

31 people, half mechatronics, the rest software and operations. Three of us used to be forestry workers. We're muddier than a typical tech company.

How we actually work

Field test every other week — everyone who wants to joins. No long documents; prototypes and video. We're bad at writing things down, honestly a problem.

A normal week

Monday: status, 30 min. Tuesday–Thursday: building and testing in the workshop. Every other Friday: field. Office and workshop at Forus, most people there four days.

Who thrives here — and who doesn't

You'll thrive if you like dirt under your nails and code in the same day. You'll struggle if you need a mature process.

More numbers and facts

We raised NOK 65M in 2025. Not profitable. The plan is 2028.

Honest answers

Fixed questions. The people answer themselves, in their own words.

What surprised you in your first month?

  • At roboten kjørte i bekken. Det var min feil.

Even Dahl · Medgrunnlegger · robotikk

  • De viste meg feilloggen før de viste meg kontoret.

    Nora Vik · Programvareingeniør · 1 år

What does a bad week look like here?

  • Feltuke i regn i Sogn med en sensor som ikke fungerer. Vi sover i bil.

Even Dahl · Medgrunnlegger · robotikk

  • Når jeg er eneste utvikler i felt og noe ikke starter. Ingen å spørre før mandag.

    Nora Vik · Programvareingeniør · 1 år

What would you change if you could?

  • Mer budsjett til reservedeler. Vi reparerer mer enn vi bygger.

Even Dahl · Medgrunnlegger · robotikk

Why do you stay?

  • Trærne står der. Det gjør ikke de fleste prosjekter.

Even Dahl · Medgrunnlegger · robotikk

  • Jeg lærer mer på en feltuke enn på et halvår andre steder.

    Nora Vik · Programvareingeniør · 1 år
